Viola Olive Willerton was born in Tisdale on April 1, 1926 to Elizabeth and James Foy; she had one brother Dougal and four sisters: Isabell, May, Lillian and Ethel. She attended Bjorkdale School.
In the midst of a horse deal she met her husband Richard Willerton. They were married on November 27, 1945. Together they had two daughters; Gwen born in 1946 and Connie born 1954. They farmed in the Bjorkdale area for 30
years, and then from 1975 to 2016 they lived in Tisdale. Mom and dad enjoyed many community activities and services. In their retirement years they took up dancing and excelled at old time dancing, where they won several medals. They also did lot of singing for different events all over the country. Mom and dad enjoyed collecting dolls and many other collectables.
Mom lived in #3 Evington Place until she was admitted into Newmarket Place in October 2015.
Left to cherish Viola’s memory are her daughter Gwen (Larry) Ingram; their family Daryl (Sandy) – Amy, Samantha and DJ (Celina); Alvin – Stacy and Riley (Jessica) and Ellie; Chet (Lindsey) – James and Evelyn.
Daughter Connie (Lloyd) Frazer; their family Vincent (Chandra) – Bailey, Abbigale and Joshua; Deann – Keely, Logan, Kane, Zackura and Drake; Tony; Scott (Christina) – Declan, Alexis, Mason and Taylor; as well as many other relatives and friends.

She will be sadly missed by everyone
