Condolence: Marlene and I would like to extend to you Betty and your family our deepest sympathy during these difficult times. Gary was a wonderful person and we admired for gentle ways with dealing with people be it at legion Remeberance Day function or on a one to one. I had a opportunity to see him on several occasions when he was living at the care home. One time I took in a box of photos of service personal from the war. We had some great talks and other times he had something else on his mind that day . Gary gave a lot to the community (Crooked River and later Tisdale) to the Crooked River Legion and his place of work Highways and later the Grain Elevator.
