Isabel Margaret was born on April 18, 1920 in Golburn, Saskatchewan to parents Charles and Catherine Anderson. Isabel received her education in the Barrier district; then spending 14 years of employment working on an assembly line, clerk and a waitress.

Then marrying, the love of her life, George Franklin on December 20, 1939 in the United Church in Tisdale, Saskatchewan and to this union they had a daughter Faye. Isabel’s greatest joys in life were becoming a wife and mother and later a grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.

Isabel enjoyed many hobbies which included Knitting, crocheting, gardening and her flowers; but her most favorite pastime was her family time. She enjoyed being with her family more than anything, which was one of the main reasons for her move to Lloydminster in 2006; she wanted to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Faye (Nyle) Bridges; grandchildren: Lori (Ed) Worthing, Marina (Mark) Gallery; great grandchildren: Candy (Noush), Marina (Joe), Brittiany (Gerald), Devon (Ashley), Jenna and Brayton; great great grandchildren: Scartlett, Lucas, Cassandra, Aidan, Rowan, Natalie and Bryanna; sisters: Eva, Vera and Kathleen; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
