I met Marie when I was at TUCS (grad of '64) and I spent many nice times with her over the years, because Marie was my mother's best friend for over 50 years. After Mom (Phyllis Glaze) died in 2010, I started phoning Marie a couple of times a month and the two of us became good friends through those many and very interesting conversations, and through cards and letters we had exchanged in the earlier years while she still could.
